Villa Paraiso enjoys 360 degree view corridors, with each sightline embracing the green mountain vistas of Costa Rica Del Sur. Large trees were preserved on site, and they are home each day to dozens of species of birds, including Parakeets, Macaws, Toucans, Woodpeckers and Wild Turkeys and Falcons. Villa Paraiso’s gardens attract a moving rainbow of butterflies and hummingbirds.

The grounds surrounding Villa Pariaso are designed to circuit the fast-moving run-off away from the pool and living area during the rainy season, while the grassy areas absorb and hold cooling moisture during the dry season. Retaining walls have a dual function in Paraiso…they maintain the integrity of the landscape and provide needed shade at the top of the sun’s circuit.
